Note that for 2008, we are changing the format of our shows to fit
the new Equine Canada/Dressage Canada Competitions System format.
A Bronze show (equivalent of Primary shows) will be held over 2 days
and a Gold show (equivalent of National) will be held over two days.
There will be many changes this year due to the new system, so stay
posted and we will keep you briefed and offer full details in the
Prize List for 2008, which is currently being produced. (You can expect
to receive it /download it at least 1 month before the first show).
2007 Dressage Rules are still in effect and are
available for download from www.dressagecanada.org. (substitute Bronze
& Gold for Primary/National in the terminology). There are
new General Regulations for 2008 and those are available
from www.equestrian.ca (Note that Amateur status must be applied
for now per new General Regs and criteria).

the Mandatory Tack Stall and make tack stalls optional for competitors
(as long as aisles are still kept clear to comply with fire and
insurance regulation - NO tack, feed or other storage in the aisles,
you will have to keep tack and feed out at your truck or trailer or
in your stall if you choose not to use a tack stall) and to reduce
the admin fee on entries to $15/show weekend for 2008 in order to
assist competitors in upgrading from Primary to Bronze shows in the
new system.
