2010 WEG
Dressage Winnipeg Members,
Ticket prices and event start times have been finalized for the 2010 World Equestrian Games and I wanted to send every Dressage Winnipeg member the information as there was a huge response at the 2008 AGM to attend. This is the first time in WEG history that the games will be held outside Europe, so let's take advantage and all go down as a Club!
Tickets went on sale September 25, 2009 - exactly one year before the Games arrive in Kentucky and approximately 600,000 tickets will be available with prices starting as low as $25 for Para Dressage. Please note that the schedule is tentative and subject to change, but tickets will open to the public and will go fast on September 25. The tickets are available for purchase through WEG website and through Ticketmaster.
If you are interested in attending, please purchase your tickets individually and let me, Dayna Oulion (Sponsorship Chair) know the dates, as I have been actively working with a Winnipeg Travel Agency to get us the best rate, as a group on flights and am also working with contacts at WEG for hospitality options in Kentucky but, will need confirmed numbers to go forward.
