Horses With a Second Career In Mind
Westman Dressage: www.westmandressage.com
A new website has been set up listing racehorses at Assiniboia Downs that are looking to move into a second career. Volunteers are working with the Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society (MB Chapter) and the Horsemen's Protective and Benevolent Association to find new homes for these horses. There is no charge to access the website. Dressage Winnipeg has several members who currently compete on "second career" horses - your next riding partner could be at the Downs right now! Visit www.asdhorsesforsale.weebly.com to view and read about the horses that need a new home
