Rider Spotlight - December 2024
Each month, Dressage Winnipeg will highlight one of our members.
Pat Napier & Charleston
Charleston is a soon to be 16 year old thoroughbred (OTTB). We are Eventing in Canada and the USA at the EV90/ Novice level.
Charleston was Training Level Champion at the June and September Dressage Winnipeg Shows. He was High Point Year end for Bronze Training Level and won a Gold Medal of Excellence and the delicious Golden Spurs Award. He was Champion USDF Training Level and High Score at both Kick Cancer Dressage Shows.
The highlight of the show season was qualifying for and competing at the American Eventing Championships in Lexington, Kentucky where Charleston won a Thoroughbred Incentive Program Award.
Pat and Charles enjoy trail rides in the park with friends, and will soon be headed to Ocala for the winter Eventing season. We are looking forward to improved dressage scores in the New Year!
