Rider Spotlight - July 2023
Each month, Dressage Winnipeg will highlight one of our members.
Kamryn Iwanchysko is a First Level Junior dressage rider who trains under Mackenzie Thiessen at Solace Stables in Headingley, MB and is a member of DW.
Kamryn, who has had a passion for horses even before she could walk, shifted her focus to the dressage discipline less than a year ago. Her and First Romance DSF (Roo), have been working together for only 5 months, and in this short time, have come so far.
Kamryn and Roo have been training hard in preparation to compete at several shows this summer. Kamryn’s goal for 2023 is to compete in the FEI Children’s division.
Longer-term, Kamryn wants to continue to train and compete in the sport of dressage, coach, and have a career working with horses.
